Chtěl bych vyrobit *.chm soubor

Ahojky,
Chtěl bych vyrobit *.chm soubor. Stáhl jsem si prográmek javadoc2chm, ale asi něco dělám blbě, či mi ještě něco chybí.
V prográmku dám input soubor (index html souborů v rámech), output se nastaví na index.chm, zmáčknu "go"... a nic. :-(
JTM (jen tak mimochodem) hezké fórečko.
